Redblue promotes proactive prevention, but we also provide reactive repairs as necessary. In fact, our repair team’s 24/7 emergency response attracts many of Redblue's new customers. As with other departments here, our repair team is exceptionally skilled, highly trained, and extraordinarily experienced in bringing virtually any system back to life.

Unlike other HVAC service providers, however, Redblue does not view repair services as being in a customer’s best interests – not usually.

Of course customers of other HVAC companies often need repair services, and those service providers count on repair services for a majority of their profits – particularly when customers’ systems break down at inconvenient times. (Is an HVAC outage ever convenient?)
